Petar’s primary focus is on innovative industries, where he helps clients with structuring their businesses and operations, navigating them through processes of incorporation, shareholder relations, investments, financing, exit strategies, IP protection and application of various tax incentives (including R&D deduction and IP Box).
Before establishing MSK Partners, he worked and cooperated with top-tier international law firms, where he was advising clients on some of the most complex M&A transactions in the Serbian market and provided legal advice in the Regulatory, Energy and Environmental practice areas.
He established his practice in 2021, setting the foundation of MSK Partners. Before that, Petar gained significant experience in top-tier international law firms, where he advised clients on some of the most significant M&A transactions in Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as on various Regulatory & Compliance, Energy, and environmental legal matters.
He holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree from the same institution. He further specialized in Tax Advisory through advanced studies at the University of Belgrade (2023–2024).

He is a 24-year-old graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Law. During his studies, he completed an internship at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Serbia, where he worked on development initiatives and regulatory aspects of various projects.
