MSK Partners (ex PM Law) acted as the legal counsel to the Balfin Group, the regional franchise holder for Flying Tiger Copenhagen, during its high-profile entry into the Serbian market. Our team spearheaded the entire market-entry phase, providing comprehensive support in the incorporation of the local subsidiary and establishing a robust corporate framework.
Beyond the initial setup, MSK Partners served as the legal advisor for the local entity in its operational expansion. This included representing the client in negotiating commercial lease agreements for flagship retail locations across Serbia. In addition to corporate and real estate matters, MSK Partners also provided advice on employment law and regulatory and compliance matters.
